Alzheimer’s disease is the third largest killer of the elderly, but no new drugs have been approved to treat it since 2002. Studying ‘familial’ Alzheimer’s, where people develop the diseease much younger and more predictably, could lead to a better understanding of the disease, and hopefully a cure
